All treatments include the use of Essential Oils to further enhance the physical, emotional and spiritual effects of Reflexology. The session ends with hot, moist, aromatherapy foot wraps or a heated basalt stone massage (smooth volcanic rocks) on the feet.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Performed using the "Body Systems Method of Reflexology" developed by Roz Zollinger.
HAND REFLEXOLOGY
Performed using the same reflexes as the feet for over all health. Also beneficial for disorders of the hands, also an option if a person feels uncomfortable having their feet touched.
THAI REFLEXOLOGY
Originating in Thailand over 2000 years ago, this healing art modality involves hands, along with the use of a Thai Reflexology stick to stimulate the reflex points in the feet, freeing up blocked energy in the body’s Thai-based meridians to create a feeling of deep relaxation, balance, and well-being. It is still taught by Buddhist monks in the temples of Thailand.
